Patrol One's Remote Partners Program has been launched!

The Remote Partners Program allows third-party parking enforcement vendors, individual homeowners associations, and property management companies
to subscribe to several of Patrol One's online services, drastically reducing IT costs, while taking advantage of our industry leading

Significant Updates Have Been Made To Our Authenticated User System!

We have made several changes to our authenticated user system, improving scalability, flexibility, and usability for several authenticated user groups!
Updates:

Account types are no longer required at login
-
Property manager "Alias" accounts are now part of a group called "delegates"
-
A cascading privilege model has been implemented, allowing authenticated users to delegate some of their privileges to others
-
A new "Currently Managing" bar has been added, reducing the number of mouse clicks a user must make during administration.

Property Managers may now capture other property managers that work for the same management company. This eliminates the need for property managers to maintain
separate delegate accounts when they assist other managers in their office.

Two new Safelisting options have been released to help meet the needs and desires of our diverse client base. Our 'Safelist Classic' product replaces our pre-existing Safelisting tool, allowing
residents and guests to Safelist any vehicle at any property, however is now Mac friendly. Our new 'Safelist Plus' product allows residents to manage multiple vehicles, properties, and contacts,
saving information for future visits, eliminating the need to re-submit information from visit to visit. Our new 'Safelist Express' product is idea for residents or guests who regularly Safelist the same vehicle
at the same property on an ad-hoc basis, and once configured, allows for online Safelisting in only 3 mouse clicks!
