We believe local law enforcement and security services provide services which, in some cases, are similar in nature. However, we believe the two have distinctively different missions. PATROL ONE's policy is primarily to observe and report. At the first indication that a particular situation is escalating, we immediately call in local law enforcement. Our objective is to allow them to exercise their training and greater authority and to minimize liability exposure for both our clients and ourselves.

In cases where there is an indication that a particular situation may immediately jeopardize the personal safety of a person and immediate intervention by our officer is required, he/she is authorized to take whatever action may be appropriate.

We do encourage prospective clients to call local law enforcement agencies and ask for their evaluation of PATROL ONE. We believe you will find them supportive of our efforts, and find they respect our company and our officers who work in their city or unincorporated area.
